Accountor Group’s exponential growth demanded a single coherent brand that would unite all countries and companies internally and externally.
We took the largest Nordic financial management outsourcing group back to its roots, to numbers and calculations. Their shared desire to improve efficiency and planning was summarized in their brand promise: Passion for Results. The universal symbol of addition became an essential part of the identity and logo.
Customer insight defined several starting points for the digital service: clear and coherent needs for mobility, visualization and accurate, up to the minute information. Most importantly, Accountor’s core strength, personal service, became integrated connecting online with offline experience.
A prototyping process with rounds of pilot stage testing resulted in a brand experience that supports the customer journey to purchase and is easily updated. Involving company employees, i.e. management, customer service in addition to real customers throughout the process secured commitment to the new brand and service.
