Aurora approached us with a compelling brief for a new Brand Identity, Brand Communication and Digital Service. The new Brand Architecture was to connect the new Aurora logo with the local sub-brands KED and RIG. The new brand had to match their future business ambition in the Nordics.
We started building a new visual concept, one that feels modern, simple and Nordic, in line with the evolution of their investing in sustainable Infrastructure. The new visual concept for the identity was built based on the hexagon shape to be part of the brand, also connecting the main Aurora logo with local sub-brands. The hexagon as a visual tool strengthen the connotations of growth, stability and dexterity making an instantly recognisable icon. It was also an opportunity for the client to use the hexagon shape as an interior element in their offices and as a visual pattern in the new Brand Identity.
