The project started with a will to create a service for pet owners, but without a clear concept within a highly competitive field. We worked closely together with the startup stakeholders to provide strategic insight for a service that would stand apart from the rest and have an incentive for various kinds of users.
Most pet professionals outside veterinary medicine work for very little compensation. We wanted to provide a platform for reaching out to potential customers and receive compensation. Rigorous testing and benchmarking helped us in solving online vet consultation service as the first stage of the service launch.
Community and sociability play a key role, but rather than compete with existing blogs, forums and social media services, Morrr focuses on interest group targeting at specific times, for example hunting season. Thirdly, the history and information of an individual pet are saved in and easily accessible from the database.
The brand follows a Nordic purity of design: clean, functional, approachable, and beautiful. The identity was created with digital channels in mind and the design is visible in print and collateral products, such as business cards and brochures.
